Payment of camp fee
The entire camp fee shall be sent to BG 5226-3415 at Swedbank. OBS! For the payment to be accepted you must mark it with the child's first and last name.
Booking before 25/4 shall be payed at the latest 2/5.
Booking made between 25/4 and 15/5 shall be payed at the latest 30/5.
Booking made between 15/5 and 1/6 shall be payed at the latest 15/6.
Booking made before 10/7 shall be payed at the latest 20/7.
Booking made after 10/7 shall be payed at the latest 1 week before the camp starts.
This information will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail you recieve when you book.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation the following goes:
- In the event of a cancellation later than 30 days before the start of the camp you will recieve the camp fee, excluding a bookingfee of 300kr.
You must recieve a confirmation from us before the cancellation is accepted.
- In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the camp nothing is repayed.
- For cancellation in the event of a disease you must be able to show a legitimate doctor's slip. If you do so we will pay back the camp fee, excluding a bookingfee of 300kr.
- In the event of cancellation caused by a disease without a doctor's slip less than 30 days before the camp start, nothing is repayed.
The camp
Parents are responsible for their child's insurance. Children registered in Täby are insured 24 hours a day through Täby municipality. We will not take responsibility for this, you are responsible for how this works.
Cancelled camp
If we recieve less than 10 registrations we keep the right to cancel the camp. Should this happen we will tell you at the latest seven days ahead.
If this happen we will repay the entire camp fee. We cannot guarantee the child a place at another camp.
Special food or allergies
If the child need special food because of an allergi or such, this has to be stated in the registrationform. If this has not been
included in the registration form we cannot guarantee special food for the child.
T-shirts
T-shirts are availabe in limited supply. If a t-shirt is ordered when filling out the registration form, and paid at the same time as the camp fee, you will be guaranteed
a t-shirt in the size you requested.
